![]() I have deactivated my computer connection from another computer with the same account, but I still cannot download from the US site as it mentions my "store region" is not US. However, ONE MS chat mentioned that I would need to uninstall something, and then downloadĪnd reinstall the software from the US site. On Chat with MS staff in India, Philippines and Japan, in English and in Japanese, but the conclusion is that what I want/need is not available in my "region" (Japan). I then go to the Japanese site (all in Japanese writing) but the 365 Home is not available in Japan on the Japan site. Notice (click on "notice" at top right) expands to say that my account is based in Japan and I cannot order through the US site. However, when I add it to my cart and go to checkout, it is automatically removed from my cart. I found this on the US website, in English. I have a new Dell with English OS (Win 10) on it but want to download Office 365 Home (which allows 5 devices).
